1) Called to order by Mark Coplen at 7:45pm, held at the Flat Rock Elks

2) Roll Call of board members in attendance -  Mark Coplen, Maria Pi, Vanessa Simons, Michelle Jackson, Jim Sturgill, Andrea Bodary, Maria Delgado, Gena Flack and Jennifer Kline

3) Update from last board meeting - Jen Kline reviewed the notes from the last meeting held on October 18, 2010.  We welcomed and Thanked new and retuning board members

4) District 5 update - District 5 will hold a road show on March 5, 2011 umpire clinic, want all officers to go.  Will have more detail next meeting.  By laws- Mike Simons - Maria Delgado - Michelle Jackson

5) Board members for the 2011 season - Jen Kline will get a list of all the current board member and contact information, she will send this over to Mark Coplen so he can present this to district 5.

6) Frall Bi-Laws - Mike Simons and Maria Delgado

7) Website updates- Kevin Kline is look for a new provider for the web site and is still on track to have website up and running by January 1, 2011

8) Financial -  
      
      a. Andrea is still going over past finance, Mark Coplen and Andrea Bodary will make a meeting with Schroder's tax services to get taxes filed and figured out. 

      b. Tax Id - Mark Coplen received renewal in the mail, Mark coplen will take care of it and send back in for renewal.

9) Equipment Management

      a & b. update on equipment - Todd Reiber will go over all equipment and let the board member know what needs to be fixed or replaced.  Clean up went well, it took about 2 hrs.  

10) Timeline - for the next 5 years is still being worked out to present to Russ Pickell

11) Mark a calendar for the year of events- The calendar event are being set and will be ready for hand out at sign ups.  Dates will be posted to web site also. Jen Kline will get school head count and call and book the community center for the sign up dates.  

12) Uniform Committee - Needs to get bids for  the up coming season Vanessa Simons will do this.

13)  Fundraising _ Gena is working hard on new thing and new ideas for fundraising events that are fun and interesting.
  bricks, comedy dinner, golf outing, duck race 

The whole agenda was not covered due to time slipping away and it getting late...the meeting time was not recorded, just that it was late.
